4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the courier/carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Products are eligible for return or refund only if:

  • The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or physically damaged upon receipt — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/video as proof.
  • We approve the return in writing via email before the product is shipped back.
  • The product is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to user mishandling, improper installation, or power surge.
  • Software, digital licenses, or opened consumables.
  • Products reported after the 48-hour window.

Manufacturer warranty (where applicable) is passed through to the customer. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center. Our liability is limited to facilitating the warranty process and does not extend to consequential losses such as lost data or business interruption.
